Comptroller

This is a group of three corporations and a partnership. Responsibilities include preparation of monthly financial statements for each company, supervision of a staff of six, management of payroll, all human resources functions, all data processing functions, all property and casualty insurance, cash management, accounting functions, financial analyses, monthly sales tax filings, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Clear Vision Productions, Inc.
President

Started and operated these companies concurrently. Clear Vision Productions provided video projection equipment and crew for corporate meetings, conferences and conventions throughout North America.

Glen E. Winter Consulting
President

Glen E. Winter Consulting provided financial consulting services to businesses in central Florida including interim Controller services and accounting system conversions.

The First F.A.
Regional Vice President

Managed a group of six offices in central Florida for this $1.1 billion savings and loan.
Supervised a staff of forty. Management focus was on accomplishing specific goals in the area of deposit growth, loan growth and customer service. Member of the loan review committee. Also, completed a special financial analysis project for the president of the bank for a pending merger.

Society for Savings
Regional Vice President

Managed an $800 million region of this $2.9 billion bank. Supervised a staff of over 100 covering eight offices in southern Connecticut. Had signature lending authority of $1 million. Served on the committee that took this bank public and on the committee that acquired two other banks.
Prior to this position was the Comptroller of the bank's data processing subsidiary company.
