Why doesn't the RGB output work with my display? I'm not getting any picture, or the picture is abnormal.

Even though the RGB output of the Binloop is an HD-15 connector, it is NOT a VGA output.  It is a 480i component video output that operates in one of two colorspace modes: RGsB (RGB /w sync on green) or YPbPr.  YPbPr is by far the most common colorspace used in modern displays, and is the 'default' colorspace of the Binloop's component video outputs.
