Our highly qualified engineers will address your issue, and in most cases, be able to solve your problem over the phone. If we determine that there is a failure requiring repair, we will issue an RMA number. This provides authorization to return your product for repair or exchange. You will be instructed to send your unit to one of our authorized repair depots who will handle your repair.
