Why do I get a Cue Not Available message on my LightCue?

Check that the file number that you're trying to play actually exists on the PC Card by checking the directory using a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a PC Card slot. Also try formatting the PC Card in the LightCue before copying files or recording to it. Avoid renaming files on the PC Card using Windows 98 or Windows 2000, especially if you are starting out with a long file name (i.e. longer than 8 characters followed by a .WAV, etc.) Windows will keep the long file name convention, which is not compatible with the LightCue.
