- I have received a Packing Slip but have not received an Invoice. How do I get a copy of the Invoice?
Sometimes invoicing is delayed due to shipping charges not being available at time of shipping. If you do not receive an Invoice within two weeks of the ship date, give us a call at (407)296-5800 and ask for accounting.

Be careful when formatting your Compact Flash using a USB interface under Windows XP because many times it can render the card inoperable. Most of the time, however, you can make if functional again by formatiing it in an Alcorn McBride product such as an AM4 or an 8TraXX.
